Purchases:

If you wish to purchase any product or service from us you may be asked to supply certain relevant information including: Your business information, USP of your business, your products, your billing address, your residence, etc.

Payment Policy:

Once you agree to pay all applicable, undisputed fees for the service as set forth on the invoice. Any and all payments you make to us for the service are final and non-refundable. We will provide you with notice of non-payment of any amount due. Unless the full amount has been paid, we may suspend your access for our digital services. We will not suspend your service while you are disputing the applicable charges reasonably and in good faith and are cooperating diligently to resolve the dispute. If your Service is suspended for non-payment, we may charge a re-activation fee to reinstate your service.

Changes:

If any of the terms are not in accordance with our customer we may modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is a material we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
